Rhinoplasty Excellence Precision Nasal Sculpting for Enhanced Facial Proportions & Definition

Customized Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty
Core Advantages
Rhinoplasty is similar to constructing a building — a strong and stable foundation from the nasal base to the nasal tip is essential. Only surgeons with extensive experience and refined aesthetic vision can achieve a natural, well-defined, and facially harmonized nose.
– Personalized Structural Design: Uses the patient’s own rib cartilage to reconstruct the nasal framework from the nasal root to the nasal tip, ensuring full structural support.
– Natural and Highly Safe Materials: 100% autologous cartilage, or combined with silicone or ePTFE (Gore-Tex), offering excellent biocompatibility with no risk of rejection.
– Comprehensive Structural Enhancement: Increases nasal bridge height, extends nasal tip projection, and enhances three-dimensional definition to optimize overall facial proportion and harmony.
– Facial Rejuvenation Effect: The procedure not only improves low or flat noses but also corrects protruding mouth appearance, reduces the prominence of cheekbones, refines the jawline, and achieves a balanced, rejuvenated facial profile.

Crooked Nose Deformity
– A deviated nasal septum or unstable midline structure means that a simple implant placement will only follow the existing deviation, resulting in a visibly crooked outcome.
– The correct approach is to first straighten the nasal septum and stabilize the nasal axis, followed by reconstructing the nasal bridge and tip. If necessary, nasal valve reinforcement should be performed simultaneously to restore both aesthetics and airway function.

1. Implant Visibility / Translucency / Redness
– Placement of silicone implants in the nasal tip or thin-skin areas, or excessive tension, can lead to visible implant edges, skin thinning, translucency, and redness.
– The solution is to remove the foreign material and use autologous tissue (such as costal cartilage or fascia) to reinforce the soft tissue and reconstruct the nasal tip, thereby reducing the risk of future implant visibility.

2. Short Nose / Over-Rotated Nose (Contracted Nose)
– Scar contracture and tissue retraction cause the nasal tip to retract upward, leading to excessive nostril exposure.
– Treatment involves releasing scar tissue and contracted structures, followed by using costal cartilage to extend the nasal septum and reconstruct the nasal tip, thereby increasing nasal height and length.

3. Drooping Nose (Long Nose / Nasal Tip Ptosis)
– The nasal tip descends downward, reducing the nasolabial angle, and becomes more pronounced during facial expressions.
– The correction involves adjusting the nasal tip rotation and reinforcement points, and reconstructing the nasal tip support to restore an elevated and refined tip appearance.

4. Midface Retraction Causing a “Protruding Mouth” Appearance
– Retraction of the midface leads to alar base depression and a narrow nasolabial angle; simply raising the nasal bridge will further accentuate disharmony.
– A combined approach with nasal base augmentation is performed to open the nasolabial angle, reduce the visual prominence of the mouth, and achieve better maxillofacial balance.

5. Columellar Retraction
• Insufficient septal length or inadequate structural support leads to posterior displacement of the columella, resulting in a shortened and recessed nasal base.
• Correction involves lengthening the nasal septum with costal cartilage to reconstruct the nasal framework, elevate the columella, and optimize the nasolabial angle, thereby restoring proper projection, structural stability, and aesthetic proportions.

Principle of Scarless Alar Reduction
Scarless alar reduction is performed through hidden incisions placed inside the nostrils or along the natural crease of the alar base. These strategically concealed incision sites effectively prevent any visible external scarring, ensuring a natural appearance.
The surgeon precisely removes excess soft tissue and repositions the alar structures based on the patient’s nasal width and nostril shape. This allows for accurate refinement of the nostrils, creating a more balanced and proportionate nasal contour.
By narrowing the nostrils and reshaping the alar area, the procedure enhances nasal definition and improves overall symmetry. The refined nasal base contributes to a more elegant and harmonious facial appearance.
By utilizing natural anatomical folds to conceal the incisions, the scarless approach ensures that healing occurs with minimal to no visible signs. The final result is a natural-looking enhancement that blends seamlessly with the rest of the face.
